This is a video by Ashton Aiden at Brainwavelove.com. It is a short, but quite powerful video with a helpful daily exercise that can have a profound impact on your life. Here is the link to the video on his site. I hope you find it as useful as I did.

Mass Energies

I just got home from attending an Atlanta Falcons football game at The Georgia Dome in Atlanta, GA. They were playing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and it was the first professional football game I've ever been to. The stadium holds about 71,000 people and it was approximately 80% full so there were roughly 56,000 there with me. I typically don't enjoy being around a lot of people and at times can have panic attacks in crowds. That surprisingly never crossed my mind though at any point from accepting the invitation to walking in and making my way through the crowds to get to our seats. Given that it never crossed my mind that I might have a problem with the crowd, I had done no manifestation exercises to prepare. I attribute the ease and relaxed experience to meditation, which I've been doing religiously since just before writing the book. Another benefit of meditation is taking the time to experience the present and feel the joy within those moments.

So as I was looking around at all the people in the stands and taking in the experience...being present...everyone started to make noise. Messages on multiple big screens around the stadium were prompting the fans to make noise to distract the other team's offense. It was amazing! Everyone was chanting or cheering or just beating on the chair in front of them and it was SO loud. And when the other team failed to make the first down everyone cheered just as loudly. It gave me goose bumps. All those people with the same energy, the same intent. It was infectious. I am not a football fan and didn't really care who won the game, but I felt like I wanted what they wanted. The energy was palpable and each fan's energy was swirling around with another fan's energy and it was growing into something bigger than each of them independently. There was this one massive energy intentioning the Falcons to win.

I tend to be quite empathic and greatly affected by energies. It's one of the reasons I have panic attacks in crowds. I always forget how affected I am so I don't do anything to prepare myself and it all comes in too fast and it's too much to take. I get overwhelmed and end up having to leave or get away to make it stop. But today was very different. While I definitely felt the energies, it wasn't overwhelming. At least not in a negative or "too much" kind of way. It was overwhelmingly positive. Even the fans screaming at the referees, which is quite negative, still had the same "positive" intention as everyone else. It got me thinking about what would happen if every one of those fans read my book and all had the same imaginary event during their manifestation exercise in the week leading up to the game. An imaginary event that went something like this:

Reporter: "Coach Quinn, congratulations on your win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers!"
Head Coach: "Thank you! We played really well and it paid off for us today!"

That's it. This "end of the movie" scene is the best way to manifest the Falcons winning because it focuses on an event that indicates they won and puts no thought or focus on HOW they would do it. So if every one of those 56,000 fans did this every night following the instructions in the book for the Manifestation Exercise it couldn't fail! It makes me want to run an experiment, but I'm guessing that trying to call 56,000 people wouldn't be the best use of my time. Aside from the awkward conversation THAT would be.

But then it gets me thinking about what we could do as a planet if we could get massive amounts of people to work together. To "sponsor" each other...co-create...and manifest easily what would otherwise be considered miracles.

Ok, I have to get dialing. Who's with me?
